The private resort has a total of 10 bedrooms, with 2 pools, 5 jacuzzis, a tennis court, 2 volleyball courts, a basketball court, 3 boats, 2 hummers and a staff of 20. An 82 ft yacht with three staterooms onboard and a 42ft deep-sea fishing boat are also available if desired. The cinema of the resort seats up to 24 guests, and boasts three screens.

Nygard Bay creates its fantasy atmosphere using Mayan inspired architecture and decoration, with the themed area covering 150,000 ft2. The resort features a selection of water based entertainment, including waterslides.

The resort was carefully crafted from stone by Hollywood and Canadian craftsman. A 32,000 ft2 grand hall featuring a 100,000 lb glass ceiling is the crowning fantasy touch to the resort.

There are two Casinos nearby, the Atlantis Casino on Paradise Island, 23 minutes away, and the closer Cable Beach Casino, 15 minutes drive.
