The Villa Grandioso is the most extensive villa in South Beach, Miami. A monumental structure with over 6,500 square feet of space and 30ft high ceilings, the Villa Grandioso is the perfect setting for large events.

Designed and built in 1933 by the famed architect L. Murray Dixon who is responsible for many Miami landmarks including the Raleigh, Marlin and Tides hotels, the Grandioso is a unique and powerful work of architecture.

A “pure” clean decor theme is used throughout the property, with crisp white sofas and two elegant day beds in the lounge. The living space also features two sets of indoor palm trees and a Jacuzzi in a room capable of entertaining 50 guests. The property boasts a high tech 16 speaker music system and lighting system that will complete the ultimate party atmosphere.

The property also features a media room with a large projection screen and state of the art surround sound system.
