The King size master bedroom features views of Lake Como, a fireplace and a terrace also with lake views. The master suite features an adjoining office, and marble finished bathroom.

A double bedroom known as the “Blue Bedroom”, featuring hardwood floors, courtyard views, and a small balcony with lake views and a marble ensuite bathroom.

A King or twin bedroom known as the “Mountain bedroom” features a fireplace, parquet floors, garden and lake views and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom four features a king or twin set up with a fireplace, large balcony with lake views and an ensuite marble bathroom.

Also in the villa is a studio room on the second floor, with lake views, which is furnished with comfortable sofas, books and a television as well as an adjoining ensuite. A second studio is also a feature of the property with a seating and office area and single bedroom, which would be ideal for use as a bedroom for a nanny, or as a nursery.

The fourth building consists of staff quarters and a boathouse.

The villa staff consists of a Butler, head house keeper, full time cleaner, 2 gardeners and house manager. Full five star service will be provided to you by all members of staff.
