The Princess Mariana was built in 2003 in Denmark and designed by naval architects Espen Oeino. She is a 258 Oeino and features six decks. The vessel is capable of accommodating 12 guests in total comfort.
In 2006 the Princess Mariana was completely refitted with state of the art luxury features. The “party deck” contains two bars, a raised dance floor, a grand piano, three projection screens, a spa pool, a barbeque and sun loungers.
The main deck features a cinema, capable of accommodating up to 13 guests.
The six staterooms, decorated by interior designer Francois Zuretti all feature private ensuites and plasma screen televisions. The “Owner’s stateroom” below deck boasts a king size bed with two showers, two steam rooms and a spa tub. The remaining staterooms (four doubles and a twin) feature private showers or bath.
The princess features a high tech entertainment system, which has a high capacity storage for DVDs and music.
The crowning feature of the Princess Mariana is the “Beach Club”. This is a dry dock for a custom made speed boat, which when removed can be flooded to create an atmospheric 12 metre swimming pool, complimented by underwater lighting and steps.
For convenience of access, the Princess Mariana features a helipad, which converts into a golf driving range with a projection screen that displays a selection of famed international courses.
